JB: It Really Is so fascinating. I think there’re situations where we are in conversations, and also in email marketing and sales communications too, in which our company is unpleasant and then we tend to fill those unpleasant areas with fluff.
We’re typically really unpleasant with pauses, with quiet. I’ve a teaching background. I learned long-ago, enjoy those pauses. You ask a question, wait, allow that question remain there.
